Word下载可编辑 资源共享 专业资料 资源共享 建筑工程管理中成本控制研究 摘要：随着我国市场经济的逐渐发展，建筑企业工程项目管理体制改革也不断的深入，建筑业也发生率深刻的变化，工程项目管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的第一要素。和很多其他行业一样，建筑企业的首要任务是实现利润的最大化，这就需要企业采取合理的成本控制系统。本文首先从项目成本及成本控制的含义出发，综合分析了项目成本控制的特点、原则。通过对金狮小区二期顺海组团项目的成本控制实例，对工程项目成本分析方法进行实证分析和阐述，并从意识眼光、动态管理、考核机制等方面提出了加强中铁建工集团西南公司成本控制的措施，展现了成功项目成本控制的重要作用。 关键词：工程项目；管理；成本控制 Research on cost control in construction project management Abstract: with the gradual development of the market economy of our country, the construction enterprise project management system reform has been deepened, the construction industry is also changing rate of deep, the level of project management has become the first factor restricting the survival and development of enterprises. Like many other industries, the primary task of construction enterprises is to maximize profits, which requires companies to adopt a reasonable cost control system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics and principles of project cost control from the point of view of project cost and cost control. The control instance by the Golden Lion district two Shunhai group project cost, the project cost analysis methods for empirical analysis and elaboration, and strengthen the China Railway Construction Engineering Group southwest company cost control measures are put forward from the aspects of sense of vision, dynamic management and assessment mechanism, to show the important role in the success of project cost control.
