中国科技论文在线 小儿推拿流派治疗发热手法选穴规律研究 # 邵帅，沈熠，于天源，莫岩君，张雨墨，罗宇婷，李易真** （北京中医药大学针灸推拿学院，北京，100029） 5 摘要：目的：对现今影响较大的七个流派在治疗小儿发热的手法、取穴部位以及手法的刺激 量进行统计分析，为研究小儿推拿治疗的发热机理及临床选穴提供依据。方法：对各流派治 疗小儿外感发热的主要推拿手法中选用穴位出现的频次进行统计。结果：所收集推拿治疗小 儿发热的文献中,共使用65 个穴位,总频次为 134 次。使用频率最高的手法为清天河水，其 10 次为退六腑、清肺经、运太阳，施术最多的部位为手部、前额部、上肢部，并得出了各施术 部位主要穴位的施用量的区间范围。结论:推拿流派治疗小儿发热选穴多选手部、前额部、 上肢部为主。清天河水为最常用的退热手法。 关键词：小儿；发热；推拿；流派；选穴 中图分类号：R 医药、卫生 15 A study on the rules of selecting points for fever by childrens Massage in different Schools Shao Shuai, Shen Yi, Yu Tianyuan, Mo Yanjun, Zhang Yumo, Luo Yuting, Li Yizhen (School of Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Tuina,Beijing University of Chinese 20 Medicine,Beijing,100029) Abstract : Objective: To analyze statistically the five major schools which are more influential nowadays in the treatment of pediatric fever by summarizing the selection, position and stimulation of acupoints, so as to provide evidence for studying the fever mechanism and clinical selection of childrens massage therapy.Methods: The frequency of selecting acupoints in the main massage manipulation of childrens 25 exogenous fever was statistically analyzed. Results:A total of 64 acupoints were used in the literature of massage to treat fever in children. The total frequency was 134 times. The most frequently used acupoints were Tianhe River , Six Fu, Lung Channel and Taiyang. The most frequently used parts were the hands, forehead and upper limbs.
