我国企业参和职业教育现状之研究 　　摘要： 构建企业参与职业教育的保障机制需要准确了解我国企业参与职业教育的现实情况。本次问卷调查以与职业院校存在联系的企业为调查对象，调查了企业参与职业教育的目的、形式、投入、内容和现状，以及行业组织、政府等机构在企业参与职业教育活动中的作用。调查结果表明：我国企业参与职业教育的意愿在增强，但企业在职业教育中缺乏主体地位；政府和行业组织的影响微弱，企业参与职业教育处于零散、自发的状态；企业参与职业教育的首要动因是人力资源因素，优秀的大中型劳动力密集型企业与职业院校的合作关系更加稳定；职业教育的地域特征明显，需要建立由地方政府主导的企业参与职业教育的社会管理机制。 　　Abstract： To construct the safeguard mechanism for enterprise participating in vocational education， it is necessary to know the current situation of enterprise participating in vocational education in China. The research object of this paper is the enterprises cooperating with vocational colleges. The goal， form， investment， content and status of the cooperation are investigated and the role of industry groups and government agencies in the cooperation are also investigated. The investigation results show that： Chinas enterprises have increasing will to participate in vocational education， but they are in passive status； government and industry groups have little influence， that is to say enterprises’ participation in vocational education is scattered and is the spontaneous action of enterprises； the first motivation of enterprises to participate in the vocational education is human resource factors， so excellent large and medium-sized labor-intensive enterprises have more stable cooperation relations with vocational colleges； vocational education has obvious regional characteristic， so it is necessary to establish a social management mechanism dominated by local government for enterprise participating in vocational education. 　　关键词： 职业教育；企业；校企合作；保障机制 　　Key words： vocational education；enterprise；university-enterprise cooperation；safeguard mechanism 　　中图分类号：G718.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2016）05-0066-05 　　0 引言 　　根据国家教育科学规划“十二五”单位资助课题《企业参与职业教育保障机制研究》课题组的统一安排，2013年4月至2014年9月，课题组开展了我国企业参与职业教育现状的调研工作。问卷调研于2013年8月-2014年6月面向全国近1300家企业进行。 　　1 调研目的 　　①了解在企业参与职业教育的过程中，企业、政府、行业组织、院校等参与方的动机、意愿，以及各参与方之间保持沟通和协同的情况；了解企业参与职业教育的形式、内容、投入水平、影响因素等情况； 　　②对课题前期研究所得出的假设（或结论）进行验证，
