摘要:硕士生导师作为硕士生培养的主要实践者,其能力和水平直接关系到教育质量的好坏,如何优化和提升这一群体的整体素质一直备受关注。本文以西华大学硕士生导师队伍管理体制为研究对象,通过研究导师队伍现状,管理机制及制度,对硕士生导师队伍管理体制进行深化研究,从而提出创新硕士生导师队伍管理体制的措施和对策。
Abstract: Master instructor is the key practitioners to train master, their ability and level is directly related to the quality of education.
