奥美拉唑和阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡临床效果分析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.07.107 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨与分析奥美拉唑与阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关性消化性溃疡临床效果。方法 方便选择该院在2014年9月―2016年9月间收治的118例Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者为研究主体。依据患者的入院时间，将其分成A组和B组，每组59例。A组给予奥美拉唑与阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗，B组给予甲硝唑片、阿莫西林联合雷贝拉唑治疗。对比其临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌转阴率与不良反应情况。 结果 A组的治疗总有效为98.31%，B组为89.83%，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。A组幽门螺杆菌转阴率为94.92%，B组为71.19%，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。A组不良反应率是8.47%，B组是22.03%，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于Hp相关性消化性溃疡患者而言，采用奥美拉唑与阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗具有显著疗效，且不良反应较少，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 奥美拉唑；阿奇霉素；左氧氟沙星 　　[中图分类号] R573.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（a）-0107-03 　　Analysis of Clinical Effect of Omeprazole and Azithromycin and Levofloxacin in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-related Peptic Ulcer 　　GU Wei 　　Ji’an Frontier Inspection Station， Jilin Frontier Corps，Tonghua，Jilin Province， 134001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole and azithromycin and levofloxacin in treatment of helicobacter pylori-related peptic ulcer. Methods Convenient selection 118 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori-related peptic ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 59 cases in each according to admission time， the group A adopted the f omeprazole and azithromycin and levofloxacin treatment， the group B adopted the metronidazole tablets and amoxicillin combined with Bella， and the clinical curative effect， seroconversion rate of helicobacter pylori and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the total treatment effective rate， seroconversion rate of helicobacter pylori and adverse reaction rate between the group A and group B had statistical significance（98.31%， 94.92%， 8.47% vs 89.83%， 71.19%， 22.03%）（P0.05）.
