城市主要道路交叉口拥堵分析与改善措施 张焕炯 （浙江省交通运输科学研究院；浙江，杭州，311300） 摘 要： 城市主要道路的交叉处，不仅交通车流量多，更由于交通控制信号的介入，致使间 断性的交通流变化频繁，常成为交通拥堵的发生地，极大地影响了交通效率的提高。本文深 入分析道路交叉口发生交通拥堵的现状及原因，尤其从道路设施的视角，分析交叉口拥堵的 原因及具体的改进措施，并加以实际的观察分析。分析结果表明，这些具体的改进举措能切 实缓解城市道路交叉口的交通拥堵状况，有效提升相关道路的通行能力。 关键词： 城市主要道路、交叉口、拥堵、通行能力、改善、举措 Congestion Reasons Analysis and Some Improving Measures of the Urban main Roads Intersections Zhang Huanjiong (Zhejiang Scientific Research Institute of Transport; Zhejiang Hangzhou,311300) E-mail:1809316020@ Abstract ： The intersections of major urban roads are often the sites of traffic congestion, not only for the large amount of traffic, but also for the intervention of traffic signals, which results in the frequent variation of intermittent traffic flow. This paper analyzes the situations and the reasons for traffic congestion in intersections, especially the reasons and the specific improvement measures from the perspective of road facilities, and performs actual observations and analysis. The results show that these measures can effectively ease the traffic congestion at the intersections of urban roads and improve the traffic capacity of related roads. Keywords：Urban Main Roads; Intersections; Congestion; Traffic Capacity; Improving; Measures 一、引言 现今，随着城市化进程的不断推进，城市居民和交通车辆的数量持续增加，随之而来的 城市道路的交通拥堵问题越来越严重，尤其在某些大中型城市中，交通拥堵成为了一种常态， 除了居民上下班出行时段普遍性的交通拥堵外，在其他时段内，由于各种交通事件的随机发 生，也或多或少地发生局部的道路拥堵现象。城市交通拥堵不仅严重制约着城市道路交通效 率的提高，还造成了能源浪费和环环境污染加剧等问题；此外，对被拥堵的车辆和司乘人员 来说，额外增加了出行成本和出行时间外，还对他们的身心健康等造成一定的危害，甚至可 能由此诱导发生相关的交通事故。所以，城市道路交通拥堵是一个综合性的城市痼疾，多方 面影响和制约着城市发展和品位形象的提升，它与建设宜居城市的目标相背离，应该引起足 够的重视。 虽然城市道路交通拥堵的发生具有随机性，但也有一定的规律可循，除了时间点上因为 上下班高峰等原因，具有潮汐效应外，拥堵的具体发生地点等方面同样也有一定的规律性。 总结起来，一是城市道路中车流量多的路段容易发生拥堵，如城市主要道路的主要路段，由 于本身是纵向或横向的交通主干线，车流量的密集程度高，处于饱和状态
