免疫机能正常小鼠感染都匀亚洲带绦虫最佳实验条件的研究 刘晓焱，郭光武，余跃生，陈利红，王红艳，郑雷? ?【基金项目】 黔南民族医学高等专科学校自然科学基金(QNYZNo.201507) 【作者单位】黔南民族医学高等专科学校医学检验教研室 Supported by Natural Science Fund of Qian nan pledical College for Nationalities (NO.201507) 摘要: 目的 建立免疫机能正常小鼠感染亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴的动物模型，探讨小鼠感染率与孕节成熟度、次氯酸钠孵化虫卵时间、六钩蚴孵化后注射时间3种重要因素的关系，寻找最佳实验条件。方法 540只昆明种小鼠随机分为27组，进行孕节成熟度、虫卵孵化时间、六钩蚴注射时间3种因素的正交叉试验。观察各组小鼠存活及感染情况，60d后剖杀，计算各组小鼠感染率、囊尾蚴数量；囊尾蚴用15%猪胆汁进行头节翻出计算翻出率，并观察其形态。结果 A1B1C1(1组)结果最佳，小鼠存活率为95.0﹪、囊尾蚴感染率94.7﹪、获得囊尾蚴数551个、头节翻出率97.2﹪。结论 建立免疫机能正常小鼠感染亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴动物模型的最佳实验条件为，绦虫孕节末端1-5节、0.5%次氯酸钠溶液孵化亚洲带绦虫卵4min、六钩蚴孵化后1min内注射感染性最强。 关键词: 亚洲带绦虫；小鼠模型；免疫机能正常；囊尾蚴；最佳实验条件 The Research of the Best Experimental Conditions of Mice with Normal Immune Function Infected with Taenia asiatica of Duyun LIU Xiao yan，GUO Guang wu，，YU Yue sheng ，CHEN Li hong，WANG Hong Yan, zhen Lei (Qian nan National Medical，Duyun，558000，China) ABSTRACT: To establish an animal model of mice with normal immune function infected with Duyun Taenia asiatica cysticercus, discuss the relationship of the infection rate in mice and maturity of gravid proglottids, the hatching time in sodium hypochlorite solution, the injection time after hatching oncospheres, find the best experimental conditions. Methods: 540 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 27 groups. Carry out crossover?trial of maturity of gravid proglottids, the hatching time of eggs, the injection time of oncospheres. Observe mice survival and immune conditions. After 60 days the mice in each group were sacrificed to calculate the number of cysticercus infection with pig bile 15% , and observed their shapes. Results: It turned out that the survival rate of A1B1C1(Group1) was 95%, infection rate of 551 cysticercerci was 94.7%, evagination rate of scolices was 97.2%.
