油气田加热炉危险因素辨识和风险评价 　　摘要： 加热炉在油气田生产工艺中的作用是给原油天然气加热， 使原油温度升高，防止输送过程中凝结，减少结蜡，降低动能损耗。对天然气加热可以有效防止天然气中水化物的形成对集气站内设备、管道的堵塞。随着加热炉设备技术的改进和更新，加热炉存在的危险因素也有所变化。本文针对加热炉在生产过程中的一些危险危害因素进行辩识，风险评价，并针对日常生产中存在的一些问题提出了一些防范措施。一方面可以使员工提高对加热炉风险的辨识能力，增强风险防控能力，另一方面又排除了故障，提高了加热炉的使用效果。 　　Abstract： The role of heating furnace in the oil and gas field production process is to heat crude oil and natural gas， increase the temperature of crude oil， prevent condensation during transportation， reduce wax formation， and reduce kinetic energy loss.
