安氏Ⅱ2伴单侧颞下颌关节弹响患者正畸治疗前后的研究 谢荣敏, 秦 朴,杜跃华 (重庆医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科,重庆 400015) 提 要:目的 探讨安氏Ⅱ2错牙合畸形伴单侧颞下颌关节弹响症状患者正畸治疗前后影像学及开闭口髁突运动轨迹的变化，以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 选取安氏II2伴有单侧关节弹响症状患者20例和个别正常牙合23例，正畸治疗前后拍摄矫正薛氏位片，利用CADIAX记录开闭口运动过程中髁突运动轨迹，并进行定性定量分析。结果 58.33%安氏II2正畸治疗后髁突位置由后位恢复至中位；治疗前髁突运动轨迹明显垂直化，平滑度及对称性均较差，治疗后则明显改善；治疗前后除TCI及5mm 时TCI变化不明显，其余研究指标均有统计学改变。结论 安氏II2伴有单侧关节弹响症状患者正畸治疗可使盘突关系恢复正常，且髁突运动也更加协调。 关键词:安氏II2错牙合；正畸治疗；颞下颌关节紊乱病 中图分类号:R783.5 文献标识码:A The contrast on AngleII2 malocclusion accompanying one side of TMJ click with orthodontic treatment.
