浅析建筑砌体结构中房屋加固和改造 　　摘要：由于砌体结构房屋在我国原有民用及工业建筑中占有的比例比较大，而砌体结构房屋因为管理不善、勘测失误、地基处理不当等原因，使得近年来砌体结构房屋的加固改造工程很多。本文对砌体结构房屋加固方法进行了论述。 　　关键词：砌体结构；房屋改造；加固方法 　　Abstract: because of masonry structure in China occupies the original civil and industrial buildings in the relatively large proportion, and masonry structure because of poor management, survey error, foundation treatment is undeserved wait for a reason, so many years of masonry building structure reinforcement and reconstruction.
