浅析高层住宅地下停车场设计思路和技术关键点 　　摘要：随着我国城市建设的发展，城市化进程的加快，许多城市都在大规模地建造高层住宅以改善城市居民的居住质量，各城市的高层住宅如雨后春笋般拔地而起；与此同时人民生活水平的提高，私家车的数量也在大幅的增长。停车难已成为摆在人民生活需求上的大问题，重视和解决这一矛盾是目前高层住宅设计中的当务之急。本文根据几年来设计实践的探索，总结了高层住宅地下停车库设计的特点要素，并提出一些可行的设计方法，以供同行交流。 　　 关键词：高层住宅 地下停车库 设计 　　Abstract: along with the development of city construction, the acceleration of urbanization, many cities have been in a high-rise residential building to improve the city people living quality, each city high-rise residential springing up ground; At the same time the improvement of peoples living standard, the number of cars in the sharp growth.
