清心除烦针灸疗法合并氟伏沙明治疗强迫症 张旺 赵安全 马建华 李志猛 李亚忠 摘要： 目的：探讨清心除烦针灸疗法合并氟伏沙明对强迫症的治疗作用及安全性。 方法：将68例强迫症患者随机分为两组，每组各34例，研究组采用清心除烦针灸疗法合并氟伏沙明治疗，对照组单用氟伏沙明，采用Yale-Brown强迫量表(Y-BOCS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS) 及治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)分别于治疗前、治疗第4周、第8周和第12周进行评定，两组间比较分析。 结果：治疗第4周及第8周，研究组Y-BOCS及SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)；治疗第12周Y-BOCS及SAS评分两组间无显著差异（P0.05）。两组间TESS评分差异无显著性。 结论：清心除烦针灸疗法合并氟伏沙明治疗强迫症起效快，疗效稳定，安全性高，更能够快速缓解强迫症患者的焦虑症状，不良反应轻微。 关键词 清心除烦；针灸；氟伏沙明；强迫症 The clinical observation of treating obsessive-compulsive disorder with Qingxinchufan acupuncture therapy and fluvoxamine combined Zhang Wang,zhao anquan,majianhua, Li Zhimeng,li yazhong Abstract: Objective: to study the effects and safety of treating obsessive-compulsive disorder using Qingxinchufan acupuncture therapy and fluvoxamine combined. Method: select 68 obsessive-compulsive disorder patients and divide them randomly into two groups, ie, the research group and the control group. Each group has 34 patients. Treat the research group with Qingxinchufan acupuncture therapy and fluvoxamine combined while treat the control group with only fluvoxamine. Assess the two groups of patients respectively before the treatment, in the fourth, the eighth and twelfth week of the treatment with Y-BOCS, SAS and TESS and compare the results. Results: in the fourth and eighth weeks, the scores of Y-BOCS and SAS of the research group were obviously lower then those of the control group (P0.05 or P0.01); in the twelfth week, no significant difference was found between the scores of the two groups. No significant differences were found in the score of TESS between two groups. Conclusion: Treating obsessive-compulsive disorder with Qingxinchufan acupuncture therapy and fluvoxamine combined works fast, has a stable effect and is highly safe.
