Methods Samples were dissolved by water, and then the content of Fe, Mn, Pb and Cd was determined by ICP-OES using standard curve method. Results The detection limit of Fe, Mn, Pb and Cd in the sample was 0.5 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg and 0.1 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that this method had good precision (RSD5%, recovery rate 90%~120%) in line with the national standard. The results
