社区不同护龄护士职业压力现状调查和分析 　　摘 要 目的：通过了解社区护士职业压力的现状，比较不同护龄护士的职业压力。方法：采用分层方便抽样方法随机选取上海市嘉定区9所社区卫生服务中心在职护士272名，采用护士工作压力源量表收集资料，应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果：社区护士的总体工作压力处于中等水平。工作压力各维度得分依平均值降序排列依次为工作量及时间分配、护理专业及工作、患者护理、管理及人际关系，不同护龄社区护士各维度的工作压力源比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；但其工作量及时间分配和总体工作压力源比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：社区护士总体职业压力与护龄有关，护理管理者应重视提高在职社区护士对护理工作的满意程度，对社区护士有针对性的进行管理，将社区护士工作压力控制在最佳水平，维持社区护士的身心健康，从而提高其工作积极性和社区护理的服务水平。 　　关键词 社区护士 职业压力 调查分析 　　中图分类号：R192.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）02-0021-03 　　Survey and analysis of the occupational stress of the community nurses with the different nursing age 　　FENG Chaoqun 　　（Malu Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201081， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To compare the occupational stress of the community nurses with the different nursing age through understanding the current situation of their occupational stress. Methods： With the stratified random sampling method， the data of 272 serving nurses in 9 community health service centers of Jiading District in Shanghai were collected with the nurse working stressors scale and treated with the SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results： The overall working pressure of the community nurses was at the middle level. Each dimension score of the work pressure in the descending order was the workload and time allocation， nursing profession and work， patient care， management and interpersonal skills. The difference in comparison of each dimension of the working stressors of the community nurse with the different nursing age had no statistical significance （P0.05）. But the difference in comparison of the workload and time allocation and overall working stressors had the statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion： The overall occupational stress of the community nurses has the relationship with the working age. The nursing managers should pay attention to the improvement of the job satisfaction of the community nurses， the community nurses should be managed in a targeted manner， the working
