目录 PAGE 摘 要 在计算机技术高速发展和酒店管理多元化需求的今天，传统的酒店管理模式已经无法满足目前酒店管理的需求。如何将计算机软件技术与酒店管理相结合，从而替代传统酒店管理模式，成为了热门课题。 本设计在研究分析了国内酒店客房管理需求的同时，结合目前流行的计算机编程技术，探讨了如何解决传统的酒店管理方式所带来的效率低、人员利用率低等问题，从酒店和客户的实际需求出发，从而产生了以B/S（浏览器/服务器）结构和Struts2+Spring+Hibernate平台框架以及Tomcat服务器为依托，基于Windows操作系统和SQL Server 2000数据库，设计并实现的酒店客房管理系统。本设计可以实时查看每间客房的信息，同时可以实现预订、接待、结账、换房、押金，并且对于这些系统提供了相应的查询功能，而且有完善的多用户安全功能，提供管理员和普通用户两种登录权限。 本设计可以应用在各类中小型酒店管理中，可以提高酒店管理的效率，大大降低酒店管理的人力成本，从而产生高效的收益。 关键词：酒店客房管理，SSH框架，JSP Abstract In the rapid development of computer technology and hotel management diversified needs of today, the traditional hotel management model has been unable to meet the current needs of hotel management. How will the computer software technology and hotel management combination, thereby replacing the Tradition Hotel management mode, has become a hot topic. The design on the analysis of the domestic hotel management demand at the same time, combined with the current popular computer programming technology, discusses how to solve the traditional hotel management mode of the personnel of low efficiency, low utilization rate, from the hotel and the actual needs of customers, resulting in the B/S ( Browser / server ) structure and Struts2+Spring+Hibernate platform and Tomcat server as the basis, based on the Windows operating system and SQL Server 2000 database, the design and implementation of hotel guest room management system. The design of the rooms can view real-time information, at the same time can be scheduled, reception, settle accounts, deposit, wards, and for these systems provide the appropriate query function, but also improve the multi-user security functions, to provide two administrators and ordinary users login permission. This design can be applied in all kinds of small and medium-sized hotel management, hotel management can improve the efficiency, reduce the human cost of hotel management, resulting in high yield.
