大连理工大学毕业设计（论文）格式规范 - PAGE II - l 客车空调内饰件的塑料模具设计 The mould design of bus and coach air-condition interiors ? 摘 要 客车内饰件模具设计与制造是解决制造客车内饰件的关键部分。缩短客车内饰件模具设计与制造周期对于提高汽车的开发和设计有着极为重要的现实意义。 本次设计对客车空调内饰件的注塑模具进行设计，首先，对该零件进行注塑工艺分析和有关工艺计算，确定合理的注塑工艺方案，设计注塑工序的模具，正确的选用标准模架，使用CAD绘图软件绘制模具图，对注塑模具结构进行了工艺分析。在明确了设计思路之后，确定了注塑成型工艺过程, 并对模具各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核。因此，设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠，保证了与其它部件的配合，最后，绘制出模具装配图和零件图。 通过对客车空调内饰件的模具设计，巩固和深化了所学知识，加深了对模具行业的了解。 关键词: 塑料注塑模具；客车空调内饰件；设计 l The mould design of bus and coach air-condition interiors Abstract The mould design of bus and coach interiors and its manufacturing are the key parts in the bus and coach industry. Therefore, shorten the cycle of bus and coach interiors mould design and its manufacturing for the development of automobiles and design have a very important and practical significance. The design of this paper introduces the designof injection molud of air-condition interiors.Firstly, the interiors of the injection moulding process analysis and technical calculation are presented, the determination of reasonable injection mould plan is made, and t the mould is designed. The correct standard formwork of mould is chosed.With Auto-CAD, the picture of the mould for plastic structure is drawnand manufacture process of the mould is analyszed . Secondly,having clear design idea, the injection process is studied and many parts of the mould is carefully calculated and checked. Design of the mould structure can make the mould good work and reliable , working with other components. Finally， the mould assembly and its parts are drawn. Based on the design of mould of air-condition interior of bus and coach, the knowledge of mould is consolidated ,deepen the understanding of mould industry is made.
