Methods: 120 cases of female seco ndary infertility in couples were investigated. The males semen specimens by th e different treatme nt method were randomly divided into four groups,they were Swim up group, Percol l group, Isolate group and the control group. The parameter s with semen conventional analysis and the percentage of green fluorescent spermwith AO Fluorescence staining were compared. Results: Swim up group, Percoll g roup and Isolat e group concentrated sperm with the a + b class dynamic, the rate of normal formand the rate of green fluorescent sperm were significantly higher than that ofthe con trol group(P0.05). However, the sper m de nsity of Swim up group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P0.05)?.
