中外高校大学生思想政治教育比较的研究 　　摘 要 随着改革开放以来，我国逐步建立了相对比较规范的大学生思想政治教育体制，包括教育领导体制和教育工作机制。我国在大学生思想政治教育体制的建立健全上尤为重视，和国外高校的大学生思想政治教育对比来说，国外的高校思想政治教育的特点有：重视对大学生思想政治教育的领导与管理、以学生为本的管理理念、机制化的管理途径、专业化思想政治教育工作队伍等。本文通过比较我国和外国大学生思想政治教育体制的共同点和不同点，进一步分析我国在改革与创新大学生思想政治教育的对策和启示。 　　关键词 中外大学生 思想政治教育 比较研究 　　中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkz.2015.11.035 　　Comparative Study of College Students Ideological and 　　Political Education in China and Abroad 　　CHEN Chunli 　　（Propaganda Department， Inner Mongolia Business amp; Trade Vocational College， Hohhot， Inner Mongolia 010010） 　　Abstract With the reform and opening up， China has gradually established a relatively standardized system of ideological and political education， including leadership system and working mechanism of education education. Of particular importance to the establishment of a sound system of ideological and political education， ideological and political education and comparative foreign universities， the characteristics of ideological and political education abroad are： the importance of ideological and political education leadership and management， student the management philosophy， mechanism of management approach， professional work force of ideological and political education and so on. By comparison of the similarities and differences in foreign ideological and political education system， further analysis of the countermeasures and enlightenment in the reform and innovation of ideological and political education. 　　Key words college students in China and abroad; ideological and political education; comparative study 　　0 前言 　　思想政治教育工作是高校教学中的一项重要工作，大学生的思想政治教育是中国特色社会主义高校的重要特征，其对高校学生世界观、人生观、价值观的养成具有着非常深远和重要的影响。我国为了让各大高校在大学生思想政治教育工作的开展上更为顺畅和有效实施，也为了使对各大高校的大学生思想政治教育工作能更加规范和更加明确，通过并出台了《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》，指明了高校大学生在思想政治课程的学习方向和学习要义。纵观历史，横看世界，任何时期各个国家的高校对大学生的思想政治教育工作要求和重视度都很高。现阶段，我国在进行大学生思想政治教育的工作中，要更顺应时代潮流的发展，并且肩负着我国在社会主义现代化建设的要求下培养高水平、高素质、高应用的精英人才的重要任务。在经济全球化的大背景下，不论是作为教育工作者还是大学生，要抓住正确的思想浪潮，学习有利于我国提升综合国
