毕业论文 毕业论文 摘 要 本人设计是年产50万平米釉面砖辊道窑设计。窑炉总长84336mm，有效长84米，窑内有效宽是1.42米，烧成温度是1200摄氏度。燃料采用液化石油气，燃烧器采用高速烧嘴。我设计的辊道窑，窑体趋向轻型化，烧成质量好，产量高。本设计在窑尾将抽热风收集用于干燥，节能减排，倡导洁净生产，优化工作环境。 关键词：快速烧成 辊道窑 保温 节能 Abstract I designed annual output of 5 million porcelain decorating roller gas kiln design.
