上海交通大学硕士学位论文  厦门租界园林研究 厦门租界园林研究 摘 要 本论文以厦门租界园林为研究对象，通过文献研究、理论研究分析、 实地调研、比较分析等方法，以多角度的视野回顾厦门租界时期园林和 建筑的内在和外延，对中西融合这一特殊历史时期的园林变迁提供了较 为清晰的画面，为充分认识中国近代园林的发展、利用和改造，以及探 寻厦门新时代本土园林的发展方向提供重要的参考意义。 本论文首先回顾了厦门租界的起源以及发展的不同阶段，对厦门两 个租界（厦门英租界和鼓浪屿公共租界）的政治和行政制度进行分析和 比较；接着搭建了中外传统园林的理论框架，借此分析厦门传统园林的 历史沿革，将厦门传统园林分为萌芽、成熟和高潮三个阶段，并总结归 纳出厦门传统园林的特点。然后以厦门租界时期市政建设的发展为主线， 引出厦门租界园林和建筑的发展历程，其中针对厦门租界园林的特殊性， 提炼出厦门租界园林四大造园要素的艺术特点。同时，本文引用几种典 型的厦门租界园林作品作为案例，对其造园思想、平面布局、艺术特点 等各方面进行详细分析，得出厦门租界园林由于受到西方各种造园思想 和理论的冲击和影响，在园林风格、形式、艺术特点等诸多方面的交流、 上海交通大学硕士学位论文  厦门租界园林研究 融合乃至共生的特征。 最后，本论文指出厦门租界园林已摆脱仅仅是承担和表现西方园林 文化的载体，逐渐转变成具有厦门特色的新型的园林模式；并通过对厦 门租界园林的研究，拓宽其保护和利用的可行性思路。 关键词： 厦门，鼓浪屿，租界园林，中西融合，园林保护 上海交通大学硕士学位论文  厦门租界园林研究 A Study on Concession Garden of Xiamen ABSTRACT As concession garden of Xiamen is a study object of this dissertation, through the method of study on literature, theoretical research and analysis, field investigation and comparative analysis etc., the internal and extension of concession garden and architecture of Xiamen are reviewed by multi-angle vision, and a clearer picture about garden on changes is provided in the special historical period that the fusion of Chinese and Western, a important reference meaning to supply that understanding the development, exploitation and transformation of modern garden in China fully and exploring development direction of the local garden in Xiamen in a new era.
