PAGE PAGE 1 商业银行内部审计指引 浅论我国商业银行内部审计 本科毕业论文 题 目浅论我国商业银行内部审计 系 别 会计学系 专业班级 审计1002班 姓 名 张 涵 指导教师 徐立文 2014年04月26日 内容摘要 近些年来，我国中小股份制商业银行的发展不断加快、资 产规模扩张迅速，私有银行在新体制下也在不断开放，我国商业银行之间的竞争处在前所未有新时期，商业银行的风险管理能力同时也面临着严峻的考验，而内部审计部门的工作效果也极大影响了银行业风险防范的状况。内部审计现存着诸多的问题不同程度的制约了我国商业银行的发展。当前各商业银行负责人需要解决的首要问题是改进和健全内部审计的经营管理体系，完善的经营管理体系可以更好地防范风险，加强商业银行的核心竞争力。 本文主要论述了影响我国商业银行内部审计有效性因素；内 部审计职能演变；内部审计的独立性和权威性，手段和方法的先进性，内部审计人员的相关素质与胜任能力；开篇理论部分介绍有关我国商业银行内部审计的理论作为基础，结合调查数据分析 我国商业银行内部审计的现状，并对问题做出分析，最后提出完善我国商业银行内部审计的途径与方法。 关键词：内部审计；商业银行；风险管理 Abstract In recent years, With the developing of the internal small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank, their asset scale expanding rapidly, the private banks under the new policyalsovery lively,commercial Banks’s competition is fiercein China is in this new period. Facing the severe test its risk management ability, and internal audit is so important to prevent the risks of banking industry.Internal audit has many problems and they restrict the development ofthe banks. For improving the internal management system, avoid risks, strength the core competitiveness is the current to be solved. In this paper, mainly discusses the internal audit function evolution and the factors whicheffective commercial Banks internal audit.The independence of the internal audit and authority, advancement of means and methods, the internal audit personnel related to quality and competence. The first theory part is introduced about our country commercial bank internal auditing theory as the foundation,combined with the survey data analysis of the current situation of our country commercial bank internal auditing study and put forward the suitable way to perfect our country’s commercial banks internal audit.
