10年间剖宫产率上升的趋势及对策 　　【中图分类号】R719.8【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1005-2720(2010)05 - 07 - 02 　　【摘要】目的 了解10年间剖宫产率上升趋势,提出干预措施。方法 采用数据统计法对2000年初至2009年末本院住院分娩产妇,分为“十五”、“十一五”两个期间段,抽取剖宫产率最高年和最低年资料,进行回顾性分析,统计学处理。结果 10年间剖宫产率总体显上升趋势,自2000年的22.50%上升到2009年的54.42%;尤以“十一五”期间呈急剧上升趋势,5年剖宫产率为46.05%;“十一五”期间比“十五”期间上升13.36%;10年间以2000年剖宫产率22.50%为最低,以2009年剖宫产率54.42%为最高。剖宫产率上升与孕产妇临床指征、社会环境、医疗行为等综合因素相关,但社会因素所占比例明显上升,自最低年(2000年)占30.82%,上升到最高年(2009年)占53.50%。结论 剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势不可忽视,只有积极应对,多管齐下,降低剖宫产率才能真正实现。 　　【关键词】剖宫产率;上升趋势;对策探讨 　　The Rising Trend of Caesarean in Recent 10 Years and Relevant Solutions 　　Wang GengzhangLiu Wei 　　(Sichuan Province Dazhou City Women and Children Health Preservation Academy,635000) 　　【Abstract】Objective To know about the rising trend of caesarean in recent 10 years and present relevant meaures of interference.Methods to adopt the method of data statistics and divide inpatient women living in our hospital from early 2000 to the end of 2009 into two groups: the “Tenth Five-Year” and the “Eleventh Five-Year” , and take statistics of the year with the highest caesarean rate and the year with the lowest caesarean rate, and afterwards make a retrospective analysis and make statistical treatment accordingly. Results in recent 10 years, the overall caesarean rate keeps rising, from 22.50% in 2000 to 54.42% in 2009; particularly during the “Eleventh Five-Year” period,the rate rose up sharply;the average caesarean rate in these 5 years was 46.05%. The rate of the “Eleventh Five-Year” increased 13.36% over the rate of the “Tenth Five-Year”. In these 10 years, 2000 had the lowest rate: 22.50%; 2009 had the highest rate: 54.42%. The rising of caesarean rate is related to such factors as clinical indicators for pregnant women and delivery women, social environment, acts of medical treatment, etc. It is obvious that the social factor is playing an increasingly important role, accounting for 30.82% in the lowest year 2000 and 53.50% in the highest year 2009.
