PAGE l 我国企业集团公司的财务管理模式研究 —以建龙集团唐山建龙实业有限公司子公司为例 财务管理专业 摘 要 在世界经济一体化的背景下，我国企业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。随着我国资本市场的发展，财务运作在企业增长和扩张中的作用越来越突出。财务管理模式占据着举足轻重的地位。加入ＷＴＯ后，在企业管理中占有重要地位的财务管理应如何调整、变革以适应这一形势，是值得我们深思的。单从财务管理的角度来讲，财务的预测、决策，资金的筹集、运用与分配，经济活动的评价与考核等一系列活动，同样需要适应当前复杂的经济形势。财务管理的好坏，直接影响其竞争力和发展潜力。本选题在对已有的企业集团财务管理模式的基础上，比较出各自管理模式不同特点，从而为企业选择适合自身的财务管理模式提供依据。 在写作过程中，通过对唐山建龙的实际情况进行论述，体现理论联系实际，理论应用于实践的科学性。 关键词：企业集团 财务管理模式 Our country enterprise group company financial management model in the study —— To build the dragon group tangshan jianlong industrial Co., LTD subsidiary for example Abstract In the background of the integration of the world economy, the enterprises in China are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.
