l 师范生的职业认同感与职业成熟度及其关系 摘 要 目的:以499名师范类大学生为被试,探讨职业认同感与教师职业成熟度之间的关系。方法:采用师范生教师职业成熟度问卷和师范生职业认同感量表进行调查,并对数据进行方差、相关、回归分析。结果:1、女生在职业意愿、职业意志、职业价值、职业效能与教师职业态度成熟度和职业能力成熟度上的得分高于男生;城、乡学生的职业认同感的四个维度与职业能力成熟度之间并无显著差异,在职业态度成熟度上,城市和农村的学生之间存在差异;除职业意志、职业价值、职业态度成熟度以外,其他方面均存在显著年级差异,大体上呈年级越高评分越高的趋势。2、职业意愿、职业意志、职业价值、职业效能与职业态度成熟度和职业能力成熟度之间呈正相关。3、职业意志和职业价值两个维度对职业态度成熟度与教师职业态度成熟度有极其显著的正向预测力,职业意愿和职业效能两个维度对职业能力成熟度有显著的正向预测力。 关键词:师范生;职业认同感;教师职业能力成熟度 ABSTRACT Objective:To 499 teacher-training students, probes into the sample of professional identity and the relationship between teachers professional maturity. Methods: the teachers professional maturity questionnaire and normal professional identity questionnaire survey normal and the data was dealt with ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis. Results :1. The girl in the professional expectation, the professional volition, the professional value, the professional efficacy and teachers professional attitude maturity and professional capability maturity scores for higher than that of male students, urban and rural of students professional identity four dimensions and professional capability maturity and no significant differences between the professional attitudes maturity, urban and rural differences among the students. Besides professional expectation, professional value, professional attitudes maturity beyond, other aspects are, by and large, there is significant in grade difference the higher grade higher scores of trend. 2. Professional expectation, professional volition, the professional value, professional efficacy, and professional attitudes maturity and professional capability maturity between were positively correlated. 3.
