全面预算管理在路桥施工企业的应用的研究 　　摘要：路桥工程结构复杂，涉及面广，技术性和专业性较强，需要足够的资金支持，随着行业竞争加剧，路桥施工企业的负担日益沉重。因此路桥施工企业要想更好的在行业中立足，必须切实采用全面预算管理，以降低风险，提高经营管理绩效。对此，本文从全面预算管理的内涵入手，探讨了全面预算管理在实际应用中的重难点问题，并提出了解决策略。 　　关键词：全面预算管理；路桥施工企业；应用Abstract: Luqiao engineering structure is complex, involving a wide range, technical and professional strong, the need for adequate financial support, as industry competition intensifies, the increasingly heavy burden of Luqiao construction enterprise. So Luqiao construction enterprises in order to better foothold in the industry, must adopt the comprehensive budget management, in order to re
