摘要 目前，部分大学生存在着社会适应性较差，不能很好顺应时代发展要求，无法满足社会需求，不能与社会协调发展的现象，其形成原因是多方面的，有来自毕业生自身的，有来自社会的，也有来自高校人才培养模式等方面的。但是，高校作为社会教育的核心机构，作为社会各种所需人才的培训基地，对于这个问题的形成有着较大的影响力。如何深刻剖析高校在此问题上的重要影响，进一步从根本上寻求解决问题的有效方法是非常值得我们深思的。本研究在理论分析和实证调研的基础之上，遵循什么是适应、为何要适应、怎么适应、如何实现其自身良好适应性的基本思路来统领全文。在行文上，论文从概括研究背景、提出研究问题入手，界定概念，指出部分大学生不能很好适应社会的现状，并探求其原因，进一步提出研究该问题的重要性和必要性。并在批判、借鉴相关研究方法的基础上，谈一谈以高校人才培养质量评估促进大学生社会适应性的提高，并分析、研究相关评估指标，以期从用人单位的角度探索出一套较为合理、可行的大学生社会适应性评价指标体系，并对高校及时提出一些其他的建议与策略，力求对加强大学生社会适应性，提高就业率，缓解就业压力有所帮助，以促进我国高等教育的蓬勃发展。 关键字：大学生 社会适应性 个性培养 ABSTRACT At present, some students social adaptability, can not comply with the requirements of the development, no method to meet the needs of the society, could not coordinate development with the society phenomenon, its form the reason is many sided.
