我国投资环境因素与FDI流入关系研究 摘 要 经济全球化的发展趋势和我国加入WTO，使我国经济越来越融入到世界经济的发展浪潮之中，同时也推动了国际资本源源不断地流入我国。积极吸引并利用外国直接投资是我国对外开放的主要内容之一，也是我国经济快速发展的重要推动原因。本文针对近年来我国吸引对外直接投资逐步下降的现实，对投资环境以及我国吸引外国直接投资进行了研究。论文首先介绍了投资环境的基本问题，并且阐述了FDI在中国的发展概况与分布特征；其次针对外国直接投资对区位投资环境的要求，从自然环境要素、社会文化要素、经济要素、政治要素和法律要素等方面进行展开说明，并且结合我国实际情况运用数据模型进行了实证分析。本文最后为中央政府以及地方政府提出了可行的引资对策，这在当前全球金融危机的背景下，对促进我国FDI的流入，减少危机的影响与促进经济快速进入正轨具有重要的现实意义。 关键词：对外直接投资；投资环境；市场规模；人力资本 ABSTRACT With the development of globalization and our country’s joining in WTO, the economy of our country has become an active participant in world economy development. In the meantime, international capital keeps flowing into our country. To attract and make use of FDI is not only one of the important contents of Reform and Opening up Policy, but also an important reason for the fast and steady development of our economy. This thesis is based on the fact that foreign direct investigation has decreased in China recent years, and tries to analyze the investigation environment and the ways our country attract FDI. The first part is the general introduction. The second part introduces the basic questions about investigation environment. The third part mainly describes the development history and distribution features of FDI in China. In the fourth part, by combining data models with realities in our country, the thesis analyzes the relationship between investigation environment and FDI from different points of views, namely the natural environmental, social, cultural, economic, political and legal perspectives. In the fifth part, based on the global financial crisis, the thesis provides some practical policies for our central and local governments to attract more FDI so as to reduce the influence of the global financial crisis and stimulate our economy to keep high-quality development.
