供应链企业间知识共享的影响因素的研究 　　摘要：在文献研究基础上，通过问卷调查法确定了供应链企业间知识共享关键影响因素：沟通频率、激励机制、知识距离、共享意愿、知识互补性以及技术壁垒；采用层次分析法计算了各个关键影响因素的权重，并对各个关键影响因素之间的重要性进行排序。 　　Abstract： On the basis of literature research， this paper determines the key factors affecting knowledge sharing among enterprises of supply chain through the questionnaire survey method， including the frequency of communication， incentive mechanism， knowledge distance， knowledge sharing will， complementary， and technical barriers. The AHP method is adopted to calculate the weights of various key factors， and sort the importance of various key factors.
