南水北调中线工程金属结构及机电的项目管理的探讨 　　摘要:结合南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程(委托河北建设管理项目)金属结构、机电项目管理特点,重点介绍了金属结构及机电设备制造安装管理体系和设备制造、安装全过程质量监控措施,对特大型水利工程的金属结构、机电项目管理经验进行了探索和总结,对类似工程的管理起到参考和借鉴作用。 　　关键词:南水北调中线工程;金属结构机电项目;管理体系;质量监控措施 　　中图分类号:TV68;F406.2文献标识码:B 文章编号:1672-1683(2009)05-0121-03 　　 　　Discussion of Management for the Metallic Structure and the Electromechanical Project 　　 in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project 　　FENG Bao-cai,YANG Ming-sheng 　　(The Construction Bureau for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project of Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang 050021,China) 　　Abstract: Combining the feature of the metallic structure and the electromechanical project management in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Entrusting Hebei Construction Management Program),the paper focuses on the management system of the metallic structure and the electromechanical equipment fabrication,installation and the measures on quality supervision of the equipment manufacture and installation process,and summarizes the governing experience on the metallic structure and the electromechanical project in the super large water conservancy project,which would be of great benefit for management of similar projects. 　　Key words: the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.;the metallic structure and the electromechanical project;the management system;the quality control system 　　 　　1 概述 　　 　　南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程(委托河北建设管理项目)涉及金属结构、机电设备的各类建筑物共计107座。它们分布在大型河渠交叉工程、隧洞工程和控制性工程、渠渠交叉建筑物、连接段工程、强排泵站这五类建筑物中,其中检修闸25座,节制闸9座,退水闸8座,分水闸和分水口门9座,渠渠交叉建筑物工作闸18座,强排泵站共29座,三个连接段工程的进水闸、引水闸、节制闸共9座。 　　上述建筑物金属结构设备共计:门槽193孔(套),闸门157扇(其中弧门34扇、叠梁闸门65扇、平板闸门34扇、铸铁闸门24扇),拦污栅8套,启闭机126台(其中液压机34台,螺杆机24台,卷扬机QP型(标准型)14台,非标卷扬机20台,单机同轴双钩电动葫芦34台),检修设备13台(单梁双向起重机)。闸门等结构件重约2800t,启闭设备重约590 t。 　　上述建筑物主要机电设备共计:27台35/0.4 kV干式变压器;18台35/0.4箱式变电站;31台0.4 kV柴油发电机组;26台35 kV移开式金属铠装高压开关柜和2台消弧柜及21套(共84台)35 kV环网开关柜;129台0.4 kV低压配电屏;10台闸门现地控制屏、29台水泵现地控制屏及37台水泵控制箱;25套220 V直流电源屏;51座建筑物动力、控制电缆的电缆敷设及电缆安装附件;51座
