II II 苯甲酸和香草醛对小麦进行生物活性分析试验，结果表明：三种化感物质化感物质对小 麦幼苗生长的影响表现在小麦根系活力降低，过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高，超氧化物歧 化酶(SOD)活性降低，过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性降低，丙二醛(MDA)含量升高，从而导 致小麦细胞膜透性增加，体内活性氧含量增加，导致小麦幼苗生长受抑制，叶绿素含量 降低，生物量减少。 关键词：化感作用；藨草；种子萌发；幼苗生长；生理生化 PAGE PAGE III Abstract Scirpus triqueter L. was the perennial weed of sedge family and usually grows in the rice paddy, saline and alkali land of low humidity or in the water. No matter in the field or in wild, they grown as a single cluster hardly with no weed in between.At present, there ware not many studies on the allelopathy of scirpus triqueter. Author of this paper simulated the two releasing approaches of allelochemicals: rainwater leaching and stump decomposition and adopted indoor bioassay to determine the allelopathy of fresh water decoction of scirpus triqueter on 4 kinds of crops and the allelopathy of decomposed straws of scirpus triqueter on wheat. The study preliminarily identified the allelopathy of allelochemicals in the fresh water decoction of scirpus triqueter on the wheat. The main results are as follow: 1. Author preliminarily studied the allelopathy of water decoction of scirpus triqueter to 4 crops, wheat, cucumber, radish and cotton by the bioassay of seed bourgeon and seeding growth. Result shows that the water decoction of scirpus triqueter showed certain allelopathy to the bourgeon and seeding growth of 4 crops and the concentration effect working in the way that low concentration promotes while high concentration inhibits. The effect of water decoction of scirpus triqueter on different receptors varies with the concentration. While the water decoction of scirpus triqueter shows certain allelopathy to wheat, cucumber, radish and cotton, with the concentration increasing, the allelopathy is gradually enhanced. 2.
