·172 · Shanghai Archives of Psychiat ry , 2004 , Vol . 16 , No . 3 ·论著 · 未婚发病精神分裂症患者的社会功能 和影响因素调查 戴兴海 　陆国平 　周荣山　耿金根 　倪 　静 　张玉珍 　　【摘要】　目的　调查首次发病为未婚的社区精神分裂症病人的社会功能状况和影响因素 。方法以 ( ) ( ) ( ) 自制调查问卷 、简明精神症状量表 B PRS 、阳性症状量表 SA PS 、阴性症状量表 SAN S 和社会功能缺 ( ) 陷筛选量表 SDSS ,对未婚发病的社区精神分裂症病人进行调查 。 结果 　共完成有效调查 642 例 ,存 在社会功能缺陷者 508 例 , 占79 . 1 % 。主要表现在职业与工作功能、对外界的兴趣 、缺乏责任心和计划 性 、社会退缩 ,分析表明 ,与社会功能缺陷密切相关的显著性因素除了阳性 、阴性精神症状的严重程度之 外 , 回归分析还显示其影响因素依次为婚姻 、住院次数 、文化程度 、职业 。 结论 　社区中未婚发病的精 神分裂症患者的社会功能残疾仍较为普遍 ,应该重视这些患者的社会康复 。 【关键词】　精神分裂症 　社会功能 　影响因素 A survey on the social f unctions and influential factors of unmarried schizophrenics 　D ai X ing hai , L u Guop ing , Zhou R ongs han et al . Methods : 642 subj ect s were involved in t he study . Scales including selfdesigned questionnaire , B PRS , SA PS , SAN S and SDSS were used and t he collected information was analyzed t hrough singlefactor analysis and logic analysis. Results : Of all t he subj ect s , 508 p atient s ( 79 . 1 %) suffered from social disabilities whereas t he rest ( 20 . 9 %) did not . The main social disabilities were unqualification in work , loss of t he interest in society , lack of responsibility and plans and disadaptability to t he society . In addition to t he severity of t he positive and negative p sychiatric symptoms , such factors as married status , t he times of hospitalization , educational level and occup ation also influenced t he social functions significantly .
