冠心病PCI术后患者相关知识掌握程度及的影响因素分析   [摘要] 目的 分析冠心病PCI术后患者相关知识掌握程度及影响因素,给临床医护提供参考。方法 制定调查问卷,随机选取该院2016年1―12月收治的96例冠心病PIC术后患者作为该次调查研究对象,了解患者相关知识的掌握程度,并分析结果影响因素。 结果 PCI患者的认知程度受到多种因素影响,学历从低到高评分为(0.62±0.46)分、(0.81±0.39)分、(1.18±0.60)分、(1.57±0.39)分;年龄越高,认知程度越低下69~80岁评分为(0.67±0.50)分,50~69岁为(1.09±1.41)分,30~50岁为(1.19±0.47)分,18~30岁为(1.23±0.39)分;城镇居民认知为(1.27±0.53)分,高于农村的(0.82±0.48)分。 结论 临床上必须从思想上认识到术后患者相关知识掌握的重要性,同时加强冠心病支架植入术后患者宣教,结合患者情况,选取合理的宣传教学方式,进而实现提高患者健康行为的目的。   [关键词] 冠状动脉支架植入术;健康教育;影响因素   [中图分类号] R193 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742(2017)04(a)-0082-03   Analysis of Related Knowledge Mastery Degree and Influence Factors of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI Operation   LI Yun-jun, LI Ya-nan, QUAN Quan, YUAN Wei-na, JIANG Yong-zheng   Department of Cardiology, Jiawang District People’s Hospital, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, 221011 China   [Abstract] Objective To analyze the related knowledge mastery degree and influence factors of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI operation and provide reference for the clinical medicine. Methods 96 cases of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI operation admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly selected and surveyed by the questionnaires, and the related knowledge mastery degree of patients was known, and the influence factors of results were analyzed. Results The cognitive degree was affected by multiple factors, and the academic level from low to high was respectively (0.62±0.46)points, (0.81±0.39)points, (1.18±0.60)points, (1.57±0.39)points, the higher the age, the lower the cognitive degree, and the score between 69 to 80 was (0.67±0.50), the score between 50 to 69 was (1.09±1.41)points, the score between 30 to 50 was (1.19±0.47)points, the score between 18 to 30 was (1.23±0.39)points, and the cognitive score of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents, [(1.27±0.53)points vs (0.82±0.48)points].
