加快推进施工件审查数字化的应用 　　Accelerating the Application of Digital Review of Construction Drawings 　　摘要： 目前时代互联网和信息技术的变化日新月异，可当下施工图文件的审查却依旧使用老套的蓝图提交法，如此方法早已落后于时代，不符合如今的建筑业信息化发展，若是想要增强建筑业工程信息化技术与设计素质就应该大力提升数字化审图发展进程。这种数字化审图有着许多的优点，如快捷方便、随时随用、有迹可查、监管容易、延伸广泛、管理先进、信息共享、分析简单等的效用，在增强施工图审查速度的同时，还可以加快勘察和设计进度，并且能提高审图质量。审查措施的更新极高的增强了施工图的审查速度和可见度，可以说是施工图审查正常运行、加速行政审批制度革新的有力措施。信息化技术在平常施工图审查里的使用必须普及。 　　Abstract： At present， Internet and information technology are changing with each passing day. However， the review of construction drawings still use the old blueprint submission method. This method has long behind the times and is inconsistent with the development of information technology in todays construction industry. It should upgrade the digital review plan development process to enhance the construction industry engineering information technology and design quality. This kind of digital review has many advantages， such as quick and convenient， ready-to-use， trackable， easily regulated， extensive， advanced management， information sharing， and simple analysis. While speeding up the review of construction drawings， it can also speed up the survey and design progress and improve the quality of plan review. The renewal of the review measures has greatly enhanced the speed and visibility of construction drawings. It is a powerful measure for reviewing the normal operation of construction drawings and speeding up the reform of the administrative examination and approval system.
