我国财产保险业的经营效率测度及提升的实证研究 ·107 · 我国财产保险业的经营效率 测度及提升的实证研究 王家庭　赵　亮 (南开大学经济与社会发展研究院) 【】本文运用F ried 等 (2002)所提出的DEA 三阶段 析方法, 调整环境 变量与随机干扰等因素的影响, 对2007 年我国财险业39 家公司的经营效率进行了 实证 析。结果表明, 排除了环境因素的影响以后, 内外资企业的经营效率差距很 大。我国财险业多数公司处于规模报酬递增状态, 需要适度扩大规模来提升规模效 率。 由于内资公司成立时间较短, 纯技术效率较低, 需要不断提高管理和决策的技 术水平。 　财产保险业　经营效率　三阶段DEA 模型 　F 842.7 　　　A The Empirical Study on Measuring and Improving of Operation Efficiency of Property Insurance Industry in China 　　Abstract :T his pape r is an em pirical study o n t he ope rat ion ef ficiency of 39 pro pert y insurance companies in 2007, u sing the three-stage DEA m odel by F ried e tc (2002 ), t hro ug h ad u sti ng the envi ronm ent variables and t he rando m f act ors. T he result show s t hat t here is a big dif ference betw een the fo reig n companies and Chinese co mpanie s, without t he eff ect o f the enviro nment variables.T he Chi nese com panies are mo st in the stati on of increasing ret urns t o scale, so they need enlarge the scale to improve the scale ef ficiency.Because of the sho rt t ime o f t heir building up, t he P E of the com panies i s low , so they need im pro ve the manag ement and deci sion-making ability.
