宫腔内人工授精的应用低剂量来曲唑及 　　【摘要】目的：对632周期宫腔内人工授精（IUI）助孕中进行克罗米芬（CC）和来曲唑（LE）促排卵治疗患者结局进行分析，了解不同促排卵药物对IUI结局影响。方法：将排卵障碍患者分为CC组及来曲唑组，CC剂量50 mg/d，来曲唑剂量2.5 mg/d，用药天数均为5 d，自然周期排卵正常者为对照组。结果：CC组、来曲唑组、对照组女方年龄、男方年龄、不孕年限、BMI比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。CC组内膜厚度低于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。三组自然排卵比率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。三组的妊娠率分别为11.4%、14.8%、12.5%，流产率分别为10.0%、8.0%、11.1%，比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：低剂量的CC及来曲唑治疗排卵障碍患者均可获得与自然周期相似的妊娠结局，但来曲唑组的自然排卵率、内膜厚度、妊娠率相对更高。 　　【关键词】 宫腔内人工授精； 来曲唑； 克罗米芬 　　Analysis of Outcome of Lower Dose Letrozole and Clomiphene Citrate in Intrauterine Insemination/XING Guan-lin，WANG Fang.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（08）：012-015 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the impact of 632 patients’ outcome who using CC or Letrozole to controll ovarian hyperstimulation in intrauterine insemination.Method：Ovulation obstructive patients were divided into the CC group and the Letrozole group.The dose of CC group was 50 mg/d and the Letrozole group was 2.5 mg/d，natural ovulation patients were in control group，all medicine for 5 days.Result：The female age，the male age，the infertility fixed number of year，BMI in CC group，Letrozole group and control group were compared，the differences were not statistically significant（P0.05）.The endometrium thickness of CC group was thinner than the other two groups，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The natural ovulation rate had significant statistical differences（P0.05）.The pregnant rate in three groups were 11.4%，14.8%，12.5% respectively，and the abortion rate were 10.0%，8.0%，11.1%，the differences were no statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：There are similar pregnant outcome using lower dose CC and Letrozole， but Letrozole group natrual ovulation rate，endometrium thickness and pregnant rate are higher than the CC group. 　　【Key words】 Intrauterine insemination； Letrozole； Clomiphene 　　First-author’s address：Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University，Luoyang 471000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.08.004 　　目前宫腔
