建筑工程全面预算管理的应用的研究 　　摘要：本文将全面预算管理理论与建筑工程管理对接起来，构建建筑工程全面预算管理系统。文章以某建筑工程为对象，分析论述了构建建筑工程全面预算管理的基础工作、全面预算管理制度设计等内容，并给出了在建筑工程中全面预算管理的具体编制方法。 　　关键词：建筑工程；全面预算管理；应用研究 　　Abstract: This paper integrates the theory of MBM (Master Budgetary Management) to construction project and designs MBM system in construction project. Targeted to a construction enterprise, analyzes the basis business of MBM in construction project management, the design of comprehensive MBM.
