建筑工程的设计中工程造价初探 　　摘要：对建筑工程设计阶段的工程造价进行控制是节约工程投资成本、缩短工程耗费时间的有效手段。本文从工程概预算员的角度出发，在对建筑工程造价的概念及其与建筑工程设计的关系进行介绍，对建筑工程设计中工程造价存在的问题进行分析的基础上，提出了一些加强建筑工程设计中工程造价控制的措施建议，以期为建筑工程设计阶段进行工程造价工作提供一定的理论依据和参考。 　　关键词：建筑工程设计 工程造价 初探 　　Abstract: The project cost control of the design phase is a effective means to save the project investment cost, shorten the period. Proceeded from the view of project estimator, based on the introduction to the concept of project cost, and the relationship between project cost and project design, and the analysis on the problems in project cost of the design, the paper proposes s
