布地奈德联合特布他林异丙托溴铵治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析采用布地奈德联合特布他林、异丙托溴铵治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法 选择2012年10月―2014年10月在该院确诊收治的80例小儿毛细支气管炎患者作为研究对象，将所有患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予患儿常规止咳、平喘及抗感染治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予患儿布地奈德联合特布他林、异丙托溴铵治疗。对比观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果、喘鸣音消失时间、肺部??音消失时间、体温稳定正常时间、气促缓解时间、心率恢复正常时间以及住院时间情况。结果 观察组患儿治疗后临床有效率为95%，明显高于对照组的80%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患儿的喘鸣音消失时间、肺部??音消失时间、体温稳定正常时间、气促缓解时间、心率恢复正常时间以及住院时间均显著低于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用布地奈德联合特布他林、异丙托溴铵治疗小儿毛细支气管炎具有较高的临床应用价值，能够有效缩短临床症状消失时间和住院时间，改善患儿咳嗽、气喘等症状，值得临床推广运用。 　　[关键词] 布地奈德；特布他林；异丙托溴铵；小儿；毛细支气管炎 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）03（a）-0092-03 　　Budesonide Terbutaline， Bronchiolitis Clinical Observation Ipratropium Bromide Treatment 　　LIANG Binghong 　　Emergency department of Zhengzhou city childrens Hospital， Henan 450053， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the analysis using budesonide terbutaline， clinical effect in children with bronchiolitis of ipratropium bromide treatment.
