材料研究 Fe118Cu合金的时效强化 　　　　　　 安治国 ,刘宗昌,任慧平 ,王海燕 　　　　　　　　 (内蒙古科技大学 材料与冶金学院 , 内蒙古 包头 　0 140 10) 摘要 :含铜高纯低碳钢具有高强度 、高韧性等多种优良的性能 ,研究铜在钢中的沉淀规律具有重要意义 。本文借 助 JEM 20 10 高分辨透射电镜研究了 Fe118Cu合金的时效组织 ,初步探讨了其时效强化机制 。结果发现 ,在时 效峰处 ,在铁素体基体上析出亚稳富铜颗粒 。这种富铜过渡相形成的 GP 区对合金起强化作用 。在时效过程中 , 析出颗粒周围存在着高密度的位错和层错 。析出颗粒阻碍位错运动 ,提高合金的强度 。 关键词 :时效强化 ;位错 ; GP 区 中图分类号 : TG142 33　　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 2006) 003104 A g ing Strengthen ing of Fe118Cu A lloy AN Zh iguo, L IU Zongchang, R EN Hu ip ing,WAN G H aiyan ( Schoo l of M aterial and M etallu rgy, Inner Mongo lia U n iversity of Science and Techno logy, B aotou Inner Mongo lia　0 140 10 , Ch ina) A b stract:H igh pu rity low carbon steel con tain ing copp er ha s m any excellen t p erform ance s, such a s h igh strength , h igh toughne ss, etc. It is sign ifican t to study on the regu larity of so lu tion and p recip itation of copp er. The aged m icro struc tu re s of Fe118Cu alloy were ob served by m ean s of JEM 20 10 HR EM , and the aging strengthen m echan ism wa s d is cu ssed. The re su lts show that the m eta stab le Cu rich p article s p recip itate in the ferrite, and the se Curich GP zone s p lay a ro le in aging strengthen ing. There are h ighden sity dislocation s and stack ing fau lts su rrounding the p recip itate du ring aging treatm en t. The se p recip itate s inh ib it the dislocation motion and re su lt in the strengthen ing effect.
