我院09年门诊抗生素的应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的 了解门诊抗生素使用情况,评价其用药合理性。方法 利用我院微机网络门诊药房管理系统对抗生素使用情况 　　进行调查与分析。结果 调查处方 2257 张, 抗生素使用率为 30.08%, 其中单独用药、二联及三联用药使用率分别为 81.56%、17.55%、0.88%。临床使用以大环内酯类、青霉素类为主, 给药途径主要为静脉给药, 占60.32%。 　　结论 抗生素临床使用基本合理,但仍然存在一些需改正的问题。 　　【关键词】 抗生素 合理用药 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the present status of antibiotics uses in hospitalized and evaluates the rationality of utility.
