— — PAGE 1— 摘 要 多皮饮联合生物共振治疗慢性荨麻疹 的临床观察 研究生：马壮年 导师：刘红霞主任医师 摘 要 目的：通过多皮饮联合生物共振对脾虚湿滞型慢性荨麻疹的治疗，观察对其临 床症状及生活质量的影响，从而为临床提供有效的治疗手段。方法：将符合观察标 准的脾虚湿滞型慢性荨麻疹患者根据随机、对照的原则，分为 3 组，治疗组采用中 药多皮饮联合生物共振治疗，对照 1 组为中药多皮饮内服组，对照 2 组为生物共振 治疗组。分别在治疗前后进行临床症状评分、生活质量评分。结果：（1）治疗组总 有效率明显高于对照 1 组、对照 2 组(P0.05)，对照 1 组与对照 2 组比较无差异 (P0.05)；（2）治疗后，治疗组临床症状总评分明显低于对照 1 组和对照 2 组（P0.05）， 对照 1 组和对照 2 组无统计学差异（P0.05）；治疗组在风团数目、风团大小、瘙 痒程度、发作次数及持续时间方面评分均低于对照 1 组和对照 2 组（P0.05），对 照 1 组和对照 2 组各项症状评分无统计学差异（P0.05）；（3）治疗后，治疗组生 活质量总评分明显低于对照 1 组和对照 2 组（P0.05），对照1 组和对照2 组无统 计学差异；治疗组在瘙痒、尴尬、护理、社交、运动、睡眠、购物等方面生活质量 评分均低于对照 1 组、对照 2 组(P0.05 )。结论：多皮饮联合生物共振治疗慢性荨 麻疹能提高临床疗效，改善其临床症状及生活质量，表明采用此方案治疗安全，有 效。 关键词：多皮饮；生物共振；慢性荨麻疹；临床观察 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 Clinical Observation Of Duo Pi Yin Decoction Combined With Bioresonance In The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria Postgraduate： ZhuangNian Ma Supervisor： Associate Pro.
