Key words: Preventive Treatment of Disease;Hypertention;Prevention;Theory Discussion 高血压病是指在静息状态下动脉收缩压和(或)舒张压≥140/90 mmHg，伴或不伴有脂代谢和糖代谢紊乱以及心、脑、肾和视网膜等器官功能性或器质性改变的全身性疾病。高血压病是全球最大的慢性病之一。目前，我国已有3亿多高血压病患者，且每年高血压病正在以300万人的速度递增。该病如果持续发展或不能得到有效控制，往往会波及心、脑、肾等重要脏器的损伤，甚至会造成心力衰竭、心梗、脑出血、脑梗塞及肾功能衰竭等，给人民群众的身体健康和生命安全形成极大的威胁。在我国，对40岁以上人群的死亡原因调查中发现，第一危险因素是高血压。[1]高血压病的高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率已经引起人们的广泛关注。对高血压病积极预防与治疗势在必行。中医学“治未病”思想涵盖了“未病先防”、“欲病救萌”、“既病防变”、“病后防复”四个方面的内容，将该思想施之于高血压病的各个阶段，具有重要的现实意义。 1 中医“治未病”思想嬗变 “治未病”思想最早见于《黄帝内经》。《素问·四气调神大论》篇曰：“是故圣人不治已病治未病，不治已乱治未乱，此之谓也，夫病已成而后药之，乱
