山东科技大学 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 摘要 随着社会经济的发展和技术的不断进步, 自动控制的混凝土搅拌站具有产品质量优良、生产效率高、环保性能好等特点, 正在成为混凝土生产的主流。在目前的建筑市场中, 因偷工减料, 导致混凝土强度降低, 不符合设计要求的事情屡有发生。建筑工程上需要占地面积不大, 成本不高, 适合场地多变的混凝土搅拌设备。本文系统介绍了一种labview控制, 触摸屏为人机接口的混凝土自动搅拌系统。以触摸屏为控制器开发的混凝土搅拌站自动化控制系统, 具有稳定、可靠, 可以按照设定的配方, 自动、连续地控制搅拌机的转速, 同时该系统还有对数据进行浏览、查询、统计、打印等一系列管理功能。在电机控制系统设计中，传统的方法是用逻辑电路或单片机实现电机控制，这种控制方法为人们提供了不少的帮助。虽然此方法可行，但是由于线路复杂、制成后不易调整且编程语言比较复杂，因此存在一定的局限性。 基于这个思想，本系统采用美国NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程语言，构建了对交流电机转速进行在线实时测量与控制的系统。LabVIEW是美国NI公司基于虚拟仪器技术的面向多领域的G语言开发平台，它是通过编制不同的测试软件来构成任何一种仪器。采用虚拟仪器，有以下几个优点：①突破了传统仪器在数据处理、显示、存储等方面的限制；②利用计算机丰富的软件资源，实现了部分仪器硬件的软件化，节省了物质资源，增加了系统灵活性；③通过软件技术和相应数值算法，实时、直接地对测试数据进行各种分析与处理，通过用户界面技术，真正做到界面友好、人机交互。而且其编程简单、图形显示功能强大，并且具有开放性、模块化、可重复使用及互换性等特点，现已被广泛应用于自动化过程控制、仪器设计和数据采集等领域。 关键词：搅拌机转速，Labview，数据采集，电机控制 ABSTRACT With the constant progress of the development of social economy and technology, automatic control of concrete mixing station with excellent product quality, high efficiency, environmental protection performance is good wait for a characteristic, is becoming the mainstream of concrete production.In the present construction market, because of cut corners, results in the decrease of strength of concrete, do not conform to the requirements of the design of things has happened repeatedly.Need covers an area of a construction project is not big, the cost is not high, suitable for various concrete mixing equipment.System introduced in this paper a labview control, touch screen for human-computer interface automatic concrete mixing system.With touch screen and PLC as the controller development of automation control system of concrete mixing station and has stable and reliable, can be set according to the formula, the automatic, continuous mixer speed control, at the same time the system and the data browsing, query, statistics, print and a series of management functions.
