The writer comes up with some ways and explains the principle of the innovation of the property rights system. Therefore, the property rights system should carry on perfect again, in order to elaborate the effect of property rights system. But, writer doesn’t think that solving all problems of private enterprises only by innovation of the property rights system. The private enterprises should also pay attention to theirs’ organization system, management system and operation mechanism. Only in this way, can private enterprises realize healthy development.
