I I 摘 要 2010 年初，国务院正式批复《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》，标志 着皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设上升为国家战略。其中，芜湖市地理位置 优越，联接东西，是皖江经济发展的龙头，具有环境承载能力较强、要素成本较 低、产业基础和配套能力较好等综合优势，是长江三角洲地区产业向中西部地区 转移和辐射最接近的地区。芜湖市一直努力把经济建设同城市化建设结合起来， 在当前的战略机遇面前，应该抓住机遇，以承接产业转移促进城市化水平的提高。 本文以城市化理论为基础，对芜湖市城市化进程进行了数据分析，得出芜湖 市近年来城市化进程轨迹，详细叙述了产业转移影响下经济增长、产业结构调整、 城市布局、生产要素流动等因素对芜湖市城市化发展的推动作用，运用灰色关联 分析对这些因素进行了深入研究，对影响程度进行了排名。分析出承接产业转移 对芜湖市城市化的促进作用，运用 SWOT 分析对芜湖市承接产业转移的条件进行 了分析。 以此为据，提出芜湖市城市化发展中应重视农业发展，注重以承接产业转移 促进产业结构调整，以接轨长三角为目的进行城市建设等建议。其中，可能的创 新点在于提出了第一产业发展对芜湖市城市化促进的作用大于其他产业的贡献。 关键词：产业转移，芜湖市，城市化 II II Abstract Early 2010, the State Council officially approved by the Wanjiang City Agglomeration Demonstration Zone for Industrial Transfer, marks the Wanjiang City Agglomeration Demonstration Zone with demonstration area industries to relocate to a national strategy.
