摘 要 经济发展的趋势表明，市场竞争正在从单一企业具体产品的竞争，转变为一个企业整个产 业链、甚至产业链群之间的竞争。相应地，对一个企业整个产业链或产业链群上各环节之间的 业务进行组合，形成服务于企业自己的竞争战略，对于一个企业会产生规模效应、范围效应和 协同效应，从而使一个企业获得通过具体产品难以获取的利益。 尽管目前神华宁夏煤业集团公司已由过去单一的煤炭资源开采和销售产业模式过度到了原 煤开采和精加工、小型煤化工产品生产、非煤第三产业发展等混合型产业发展模式。但是由于 历史的原因，神华宁夏煤业集团公司目前各产业仍然布局分散，不同产业的发展规模、对集团 的价值贡献和管理模式等存在着较大的差异。各产业之间没有形成有效的产业链或产业链群， 集团更没有对其产业链或产业链群上的业务进行组合，这严重制约了神华宁夏煤业集团公司竞 争力的提升和整体的发展。 本文紧紧围绕产业链延伸和业务组合这一主题，对神华宁夏煤业集团公司现有产业发展现 状及前景进行了全面分析，指出该集团如何在现有产业模式基础上进行其产业链延伸与业务组 合设计，进一步提出了该集团产业链延伸模式与业务组合方案，并对该方案的实施及保障措施 进行了探讨。通过本课题的研究，一方面希望该论文的研究内容对神华宁夏煤业集团公司的发 展具有一定的参考意义，另一方面，也希望该论文的研究对区内外煤炭企业的发展具有借鉴作 用和参考意义。 关键词：产业链，延伸，业务组合，研究 Abstract The trend of economic development indicates that the market competition is changing from the specific produces of an enterprise to the entire industry chain or even industry chain group of an enterprise. Correspondingly the execution of business portfolio related to the entire industry chain or industry chain group of an enterprise will constitute its competitive strategy, and which will further results in the scale effect, scope effect and synergistic effect so that the enterprise can make profit which is difficult through the specific produces of the enterprise. Though Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company have adjusted the industry model from the single coal mining and coal sale to the mixture industry model such as coal mining, coal process, the small production of coal chemical products, the third industry of non-coal and so on presently. But because of the reasons of history, currently Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company is facing that the situation of the decentralized industry layout, large difference amongst the different industry development models, different value contribution to the company and different management methodology. The industries of the company don’t constitute the effective industry chain or industry chain group. In addition, the company doesn’t implement the business portfolio contained in the industry chain
