With the high and volatile energy prices and environmental protection has become an increasing world attention, the development and use of renewable energy, promotion of renewable energy to new technology industries, which have become the worlds energy and environmental security to protect an important measure. This article is in the perspective of industry chain to research and analysis the development of photovoltaic solar energy industry in renewable energy. Primarily for the characteristics of the development of PV industry in China, and through reviewing the related literature, it makes a detailed analysis of the status of Chinas photovoltaic industry and the stability and rationality of the industrial chain combined domestic and international economic and political environment. So as to study how to make Chinas photovoltaic industry in the industrial chain development in the healthy and balanced way, and so as to further promote the economic to develop. It describes the solar photovoltaic industry, the research background, meaning, methods, focus, and difficulty, innovative points and the structural framework of the thesis firstly. Then it summarized the study process of the photovoltaic industry which the domestic and foreign experts and scholars made,some of the concepts and specialized terminology in the field of photovoltaic industry included. After analyzing the development of photovoltaic industry at home and abroad, it also analyzes all levels of the circumstances, the existence of problems and the impact about China PV industry chain, and contains the market prospect forecast.
