I I 中文摘要 加强海外师资本土化的建设，是汉语国际推广传播事业发展的必然选择。 汉语师资本土化不仅有利于解决汉语国际化传播中的师资短缺问题，也有助于 实现汉语国别化教学，更是汉语国际推广可持续发展的一项重要保证。对于各 国本土汉语师资的现状，目前尚缺乏系统确切的数据和资料以供研究探讨，相 关的研究也都集中在东南亚等有限区域，还不具有广泛的国际代表性。要想进 一步做好本土师资的培训，使他们发挥优势，当好汉语的传播大使，就必须进 一步全方面的了解各国现有的本土汉语教师的现状。 通过对俄罗斯 12 所高校的 68 名本土汉语教师进行了问卷调查、邮件访问、 访谈、电话采访，得到了关于本土汉语教师的背景信息；其所在学校的汉语教 学情况；汉语教材使用情况；教师个人的教学情况；培训需求等五个方面的真 实的调研材料，应用次数处理、聚类分析、归纳的方法总结出了目前俄罗斯本 土汉语师资的现状以及存在的问题，并针对现存问题给出了三点建议：（1）本 土汉语教师培训可以使用国别化等级模式；（2）孔子学院应该成为培养合格本 土汉语师资的阵地；（3）中国高校应协助俄罗斯高校尽快建立汉语教学、教师 评估体系。 关键词：：本土汉语教师；现状；师资质量 II II Abstract Strengthening teacher localization construction is the international promotion of Chinese language spread the career choice. Localization of Chinese teachers not only help solve the international spread of Chinese language teacher shortage， the country also contribute to teaching Chinese language ， Chinese international promotion is an important guarantee for sustainable development. For the status of local Chinese language teachers， the current lack of accurate data and information system for the study， the research related to Southeast Asia， most are concentrated in small areas， not broad international representation.The establishment of the Confucius Institute offers a direct platform for the promotion of overseas Chinese， should be sufficient to expand the local Chinese language teachers from overseas research， mainly from the teachers sent by domestic and overseas Chinese ideas into great efforts to train local teachers is the concept of change.
