摘要 摘要 Abst Abstract 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 标准时间是制造企业制定工时定额的数据基础，是制造企业进行现代化、科学化 和标准化生产管理的重要组成部分。随着经济的发展，市场需求发生了很大变化，企 业的生产模式也发生了变化，由传统的单一品种大批量生产转向多品种小批量生产。 采用以往传统的工时定额方法来制定产品标准时间，在速度和准确度上难以满足企业 快速响应市场需求及进行高效精益生产的需要。因此，科学、快速的标准时间制定， 对企业提高竞争力，面对激烈的市场竞争有非常重要的作用。 本文以对产品进行车削加工为研究对象，根据车削加工的特征和操作单元的概 念，对产品的加工过程进行了操作单元的划分。通过综合利用动作经济原则、模特法 及秒表时间研究等工业工程的基本原理和方法，对产品加工过程各操作单元展开了工 作方法标准和作业时间标准的研究，确定了标准工作方法，并制定出了该标准工作方 法的各操作单元及工序的标准时间，并将该标准时间存入标准时间数据库中。最终设 计了基于操作单元的标准时间系统。该标准准时间系统对快速制定产品生产过程中的 标准时间具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。 关键词：标准时间，操作单元，模特法，机加工 I Abstract Standard Time manufacturing companies to develop fixed working hours data base is an important part of modern, scientific, and standardized production management manufacturers.
