产学合作创新知识转移过程及影响因素研究-管理科学与工程专业论文
Abstract
In the knowledge economy age, the knowledge has become the important resource of the enterprises and the major factor for advancing the competition advantage. University-Industry Cooperation has become the one of the main path to promote firms technology innovation ability. The main aims of university are producing knowledge, diffusing knowledge, cultivating student, as well as developing science and technology. In the meaning time, university plays the main role in connecting fundamental science, application science, and production procedure. Firm not only produces the material fortune directly, but also is the intersection of science technology knowledge and substance production. In China, university-industry cooperation has been developing for over 15 years. There are a lot of fruits. The position of university-industry cooperation has become very important. Recently, Chinese government suggests that the innovation system of university-industry cooperation is one of the main development strategies of innovation country.
The topic o f university-industry cooperation has attracted a lot of scholars, and there are many research fruits in this area. This paper tries to explore university-industry cooperation from the angle of knowledge transfer, Basing on knowledge transfer process view and knowledge learning vie, this paper constructs university-industry cooperation knowledge transfer five-phase process model: searching, matching, learning, applying, and integrating. Basing on this process model, this paper builds the university-industry cooperation knowledge transfer theoretical analysis framework. The analysis framework is composed of four aspects which affect the knowledge transfer process: university transferring knowledge factors, firm receiving knowledge factors, knowledge characteristic,
and interactive factors: trust and communication. Finally,This explores the incentive
mechanism and trust mechanism to promoting knowledge transfer.
